7. Betting Rules and Game Conduct

7.1 Bet Placement and Acceptance

All bets placed on koko33 are subject to acceptance by us. We reserve the right to refuse or limit any bet for any reason, including suspected fraudulent activity, technical errors, or bets that exceed our maximum payout limits.

Once a bet is accepted and confirmed, it cannot be cancelled or modified except in cases of obvious error (such as incorrect odds displayed due to technical malfunction). You are responsible for verifying that your bet details are correct before confirming placement.

9. Limitations of Liability

9.3 Limitation of Damages

To the maximum extent permitted by law, koko33's total liability to you for any claim arising from or related to your use of our services shall not exceed the amount you deposited into your account in the three months preceding the claim, or Rp 10,000,000, whichever is lower.

koko33 is not liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or business opportunities, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.

9.4 Your Risk

You acknowledge that gambling involves risk and that you may lose money. You participate in koko33 services at your own risk and are solely responsible for any losses incurred. koko33 does not guarantee winnings or profits.

10. Account Suspension and Termination

10.1 Suspension by koko33

koko33 reserves the right to suspend or close your account at any time, with or without notice, for any reason including but not limited to:

• Violation of these Terms and Conditions
• Suspected fraudulent, illegal, or improper activity
• Failure to provide requested verification documents
• Abusive behavior toward staff or other players

If your account is suspended or closed for legitimate reasons, any remaining balance may be forfeited. If closure is not due to a breach of terms, your balance will be returned after deducting any applicable fees or bonus forfeitures.

10.2 Self-Exclusion
